Your Evening in the Magical Arctic Night – Private Northern Lights Proposal Experience 

Together with your guide, you have already planned how to make the most of your evening without revealing the surprise to your partner. The tour begins as a private Northern Lights photo tour, where you appear to be the only guests for the night.

Equipped with camera, headlamp, and tripod, you will explore Arctic nature, Sámi culture, and learn how to capture the Northern Lights with professional guidance. Throughout the evening, your guide photographs the experience and helps create the perfect moment.

When it is time for the proposal, whether under the Northern Lights or a star-filled sky, the guide is ready to capture your special moment.

After the tour, you will receive an edited image from the evening, with the option to order additional edited photos and prints for an extra fee.
Price: 
  • SEK 12,990 (December 16 - January 10 SEK 16,990)
  • Possibility to add a video film and other arrangements for an additional fee.​

  • We can, for an additional fee, take up to 8 persons on the tour. 
Departure: (September 1 - April 7)
  • From your hotel 7.30 pm –approx. 11.30. pm
  • From March 25 8.30 pm -approx 00.30 am
  • If you want to start another time there is possibility to change, but the tour is maximum a 4 hour tour.​
How to prepare:
  • Clothes adapted to the season,  gloves and a warm hat. The nights are cold and we are standing outside up to 3 hours.
  • SD memory card is not included but can be purchased.
  • Edited images for print/web can be ordered from the photographer. Do an agreement directly with the photographer after the tour.
  • Video should be ordered in advance (SEK 1500)
  • Allergy, please let us know at booking. It is good to know that reindeer skins and dogs are common in the cars and on locations.

Note: 
- Northern lights: We do our best to find clear skies, but can never guarantee that we will experience the northern lights. 
- No northern lights: we will still make the most of the night. You will be able to book another date if we are available (additional cost per night)
- Camera equipment: You are responsible for keeping borrowed equipment safe, you will pay a repair fee for a damaged or lost camera, camera plate, headlamp, lens or lenscap.
- SD memory cards: We are not responsible for data on the SD memory cards used in our cameras.
