How we prepare for the tours

To follow us it is good to prepare with good clothes for the season. Always work in layers. If it is cold outside start with underpants, 2 pair of wool socks, a wool or fleece tröja and over that a windshield layer. Good gloves or mittens with an innerlayer of wool and a hat is necessary to bring. 

Never dress to tight, it is better to be able to move.
