Scandinavian Sami Photoadventures are aware that you stay safe and healthy on our tours. Due to COVID-19 infection we want to inform you about how we work with safety and health in our company.
Our Covid-19 guidelines
Scandinavian Sami Photoadventures guides are educated in CPR and to take care of people in a cold environment. The guides also have the possibility to get advice from medical expertise by phone and we always have a guide that is prepared to come out on location to help if needed. The cars and the guides are equipped with first aid equipment.
Illness symptoms We advise you to not participate on the tours if you feel that you have any symptoms of illness, both for your own health and for the other participants safety. Guests that are having symptoms of illness may be denied to participate on the tour. With a medical certificate we give a full refund for your tour.
Keep distance We advise everyone to respect each other and keep distance. We recommend you to book a private tour if you want to be totally safe with how many participants are joining the transport.
Cleaning We are cleaning and sanitizing our equipment before the tours. We offer you to buy touch gloves, your own cup for warm drinks and advice you to clean your hands. If you want to use your own equipment we will help you as much as possible, but remember that for example many cameras are not working photographing on distance and in darkness. (we are not able to learn all different cameras on the market so there is always possibility that we can not help you with your own camera´s settings)
Cancellations If you are not able to travel due to COVID-19 we will allow you to change the date of your tour to another date or we refund you the tour.
