Snowshoe hike in the nature

Walking with snowshoes on a clear winter day is a magical nature experience. The snow lies untouched, the air is crisp, and each step makes a soft crunch in the stillness. The forest rests beneath its white blanket, and time seems to slow down.

At the same time, a warm sense of joy awakens as you move across sparkling fields and through quiet woodland paths. Snowshoeing offers both peace of mind and a touch of adventure – a perfect combination of serenity and pure winter delight.

Participants: 
  • Minimum 2 adults.
Daily departures: (December 1 - May 15)​
  • Kiruna tourist office 8.45 am - approx 12.00 pm
  • Camp Ripan 9.00.am
How to prepare:
  • Clothes adapted to the season,  gloves and a warm hat. ​
  • Allergy / food restrictions, please let us know at booking. It is good to know that reindeer skins and dogs are common in the cars and on locations.
If there is no availability, please mail us for an extra spot..
Note: 
- The tour: Can be both longer and shorter depending on your skills and how far away we go to the ski tracks.
- Equipment: When you borrow ski equipment from us you are responsible keeping it safe, you will pay a repair fee for a damaged or lost ski, ski pole or ski boots. 
- Cancellation: If there is nowhere to ski on the departure date we cancel the tour, in that case we will refund you the full amount of the tour. 
- Children: Younger children on the private tours will use a sledge instead of ski equipment.
