Our visit in the Arctic landscape

The car is driving after an empty road, in front of us, Sweden´s highest mountain Kebnekaise. Suddenly the car stops, we follow a path into the forest. Equipped with our telephoto lenses we go for good photo spots.

In the summer it is hard to get close to animals, but we try to find Siberian jay, owls and hawks. If we are lucky we might see other bigger animals as moose, oter and reindeers. 

Before the tour is over we have got good landscape photos, pictures from flowers and if we are lucky some animals. We also got to hear the guide tell  us about nature, the animals and Sami culture.

About the tour​:
  • Price: SEK 1 690/person . Children 8-15 years SEK 1 290/child. Children share camera with adult. Private group SEK 6 990, max 2 persons. Also children younger than 8 years old. Add on extra participants at the private tour SEK 1 690/person.
  • The price includes: Pick up from Icehotel, new Kiruna C or Camp Ripan (transfer from other location 20 km around Kiruna can be added for an extra fee of SEK 300 per person), Sami photo guide and a camera with telelens, children share camera with parents (SD memory card is not included but is possible to buy - price SEK 200). We recommend to prepare with warm clothes suited for the season, gloves and a warm hat.​
  • Participants: Minimum 2 adults, maximum 8.
  • Departures: Daily all year around, at 08.00–12.00, March 1 - October 31 and 09.00-13.00, November 1 - February 28.​
  • Note: We are photographing wild animals, which means that it is important that you follow the guides instructions, both for the animals welfare and your safety. We can never guarantee that we will see wild animals but we do our best. When you borrow camera equipment from us you are responsible to keep it safe, you will pay a repairing fee for a damaged or lost camera, camera plate, lens or lenscap. We are not responsible for your data on the SD memory cards used in our cameras. It is good to know that reindeerfurs and dogs are common in the cars and on locations. If we ask, we want you to be able to show your child´s birthday certificate.
